SHP is based in Tampa, Florida and manages several of Florida’s most prestigious Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs).
We are committed to providing top tier service at a limited number of communities versus trying to become one of the industry’s largest companies. Our goal is to be great at the core competency of caring for seniors in Life Care CCRC settings by providing stimulating and supportive environments. Levels of care include independent living, assisted living, home health care, specialized dementia care and skilled nursing. |
