The Responsible Contractor Program

SHP Asset Management, LLC

In 2001, SHP Asset Management, LLC and California Public Employees’ Retirement System (“CalPERS”), the nation’s largest public pension fund, formed an investment partnership to acquire senior housing properties. Senior Housing Fund, LLC (“Partnership”) has adopted CalPERS' Responsible Contractor Policy as a condition of working on certain Partnership projects. SHP Senior Living Services, LLC is responsible for the implementation of this policy on CalPERS partnership properties.
