Vice President, Finance
Henry Lounders’ primary responsibilities include cash management functions, accounting and reporting, capital expenditure reporting/compliance, and Department of Financial Services, Office of Insurance Regulation compliance. His duties also include bank compliance reporting relating to term loan agreements and trust indentures of the independent living properties.
